Mandatory Safety Equipment:

Groin protection is required for all sparring athletes and must be worn inside the dobok.
A clear or white mouthguard is required.
Athletes with braces must wear a double-arch mouthguard covering both top and bottom teeth.
Headgear, trunk protector, forearm guards, and shin guards must be in good condition and meet tournament standards.
